Hello, so soon i'm getting a new computer and i want to get ASUS STRIX-GTX980TI-DC3OC-6GD5-GAMING GPU and i'm wondering if it can fit in my NZXT Noctis 450 case? Also the motherboard is ASUS ROG MAXIMUS VIII HERO(not sure if that changes anything)

It can fit, but you will have to remove the HDD cage.
