Yeah that'll fit quite comfortably, I've looked at the case and it's a decent size to accomodate it.

How about the PSU? On Dell UK site, it says my Dell support R7-250 which consume more power but both require 400W. Do you think my PSU watts and +12V rail work with it?

It was reported working on Dell 240 watt PSU, and non Dell PC together with 130 watt Xeaon with 200 watt PSU, so no worries here.
