The 9700k will not work on a Z170 motherboard. That tops out at 7700K if you have the proper BIOS update.

What to recommend you depends on what you have; it's impossible to answer a question about upgrading your CPU without actually telling us what the old CPU actually is.

Hi, the old cpu is a intel core I7 6700k

With the 7700K being the best processor available for your motherboard and your current being the 6700K, IMO, it's not worth the cost to upgrade without moving to a new platform (motherboard).
