Will this fit with my motherboard?

Will the zerotherm core92 fit with my motherboard? All 4 of my RAM slots are filled, but my RAM isn't heavy duty so it doesn't have any heat sinks.

P7P55D LE Motherboard
DDR 3 1600 8 Gb RAM
1 Terabyte HD
2 dvd/cd drives
700 Watt PSU
HIS ATI Radeon 5850 HD
Onboard Sound
nzxt apollo case (Fits this case for sure)
