I ordered a micro atx motherboard by accident, and I am also getting a AMD-FX 8350 8 core, which comes with a wraith cooler. Will a Wraith fan fit on a GA-78LMT (Rev 6.0)
It is not the MB you need be concerned with its fitment within the case.
The MB supports the FX-8350 however you need good air flow within your case and decent cooling.
The GA-78LMT-USB3 (rev. 6.0) is not a good choice for the FX-8350 especially if you intend any Overclock as you will have temperature issues with the MB VRMs.
I was contemplating getting either a new motherboard or a water cooler (h90). I am definitely getting a new case in the near future, but I would need to hold off on that if I do get a new motherboard. What do you suggest I do.
If you intend to keep and use the CPU then an upgrade to both MB and AIO would be required. A micro ATX setup is not the way to go.
If it were me I would sell the FX-8350 and...

If it were me I would sell the FX-8350 and choose a less demanding CPU with lower TDP draw if you want a micro ATX setup. Or: You could as many are, save a little more and await the arrival of Ryzen which is due for release some time this quarter.
