Will this gaming pc work completely for my first build?

Before I start I have to say that this might be in the wrong section.
I will tell a little bit about some of these parts.
I am using a used core i3 2120 3.3 ghz (i used on my old computer)
I am using a old hard-drive with windows installed(oem) so i know i need to buy a new os.
That's all i need to let you guys know.
Here is the specs and/or parts of my new pc!

Video card:
EVGA GTX 650 Ti

Mother board:
MSI LGA1155/Intel B75/DDR3/SATA3 USB 3.0/A&GbE/MicroATX Motherboard B75MA-P45

PSU hoping:
750 watt in my cart but can I use my newish 450w psu?

Ram:
CORSAIR Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800) Desktop Memory Model CMZ8GX3M2A1600C9B

Case:
GIGABYTE Luxo M30 Black GZ-ZLM3BO Black ABS / Mesh ATX Mid Tower Computer Case

OS:
Windows 7 home premium

DVD:
Just a regular LTE-ON DVD burner



Questions:

Will my hard-drive work? Yes it is sata I am aware of cables and power.
If hard-drive will work will It reset data on it when installing my windows 7 home premium?

Will my core i3 2120 work on my new mother board?

The i3 will work with the motherboard, your PSU should be fine, and Windows 7 shouldn't theoretically overwrite any other saved data
