Suggestions Accepted!!!

(I already own this case and HDD, I plan to reuse both.)

I do have a question about the HDD, I upgraded to windows 10 from windows 7 a while back and no longer have the windows copy. Is there any way I can reuse the HDD but just have a fresh copy of windows 10 on it? I don't want to put it in the new PC with a lot of old drivers for my previous build in it. How would I go about doing that? Thanks for answers!

You need to format your HDD, you'll get that option when making a fresh install of Windows 10 on it, however your old license is tied to your mobo, so you'll need a new windows license.

As for your build it looks all good so far, maybe consider another PSU unless you've done enough research on the CXM series, hopefully they're much better than the old CX series that were simply unreliable.

will this fit with my case and HDD? Just making sure :). And will this perform any differently from a normal size GTX 1070?

I'd highly suggest using an SSD for your OS, the xeon is a cheaper alternative for the i7. I put in a full sized 1070 so it doesn't affect performance.

depends on OC/ how much you stress. them; I like the fact that the larger cards run cooler , performance wise , without OC they are about the same , but smaller ones run warmer due to the lack of the extra fan or fans.

it's not cut down but it has less of a cooler, therefore it will run hotter and thermal throttle worse dependent on how much you stress, I only pushed the xeon to try and be cheaper than OP but I'd suggest an i7 if you can afford it. BUT it depends on what you can afford and stuff!
