My little brother wants to play games such as garry's mod, which obviously isn't that hard to run nowadays, but his runs a little bad.
I have an old Geforce GT 545 in my dad's house which isn't being used.
Would it be compatible with this PC?

Also, the computer runs REALLY slow, the main let downs are the RAM, and HDD.
The PC has 1GB of RAM and a tiny 80GB hard drive.
What would you say is the burden of the PC?
ALSO, if I wanted to do a wipe of his PC, how would I go about it? It's a prebuilt HP pc so I don't have any Windows 7 installation disks.
