Will an EVGA GeForce GTX 970 bottleneck with an Intel i3 4160 CPU?

The CPU has a better chance bottlenecking then the GPU.

it might depending on the games. ive not seen a lot of gpu bottlenecks as far as being paired with intel goes.
there single threaded performance seems to be strong enough to handle most things thrown at them.
but you will want to upgrade that cpu asap if you want to play the newest games, as multi threading is gonna take off in a big way over the next 2 years.
