Will this GPU-CPU work?

Im planning on buying the Sapphire dual-x radeon R9 280 Boost OC 3GB GDDR5 and the i5-4460 3.20GHz (6MB).
Will they work together flawlessly?
Also 8GB ram DDR3 1600mHz.
