hey i am currently running a MSI A320M Gaming Pro Motherboard, with a GTX 1050 ti 4gb (2 fans), i wanted to upgrade to a GTX 1060 strix 6gb (3 fans) will this new bigger gpu fit my motherboard?

Your motherboard? Yes. Will it fit your case is another question, tho. If this is the card in question, the specs state that it is almost 11 3/4" long. Measure the room in your case to be sure.
