Will this GPU fit/ what PSU does this need?

If I put an MSI GTX 970 GAMING 4G GeForce GTX 970 4GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 x16 HDCP Ready SLI Support G-SYNC Support Video Card in an atc-605-ub11 , what PSU will I need if it already has a 300 watt PSU. Will the GPU even fit?

What are your case measurements?

Also, I just saw the specs on the card, and it says that it needs a minimum of 500w, so I recommend using Antec's HCG 620M.

You need a 500+W PSU. Get a good quality PSU - from tiers 1 or 2 of http://www.tomshardware.com/forum/id-2547993/psu-tier-list.html#xtor=EPR-8886

eg Seasonic 520 or 550, XFX 550 or Antec HCG 520M

The card - http://www.msi.com/product/vga/GTX-970-GAMING-4G.html#hero-specification - is 269 x 141 x 35 mm. You'll have to measure inside the case to see if it will fit.
