Will this GPU fit?

I want to upgrade from a geforce gt720 to a geforce gtx 750ti. What i'm concerned about is that the gtx 750ti is about 1.5 inches taller than the gt720. Will this interfere with the outside plate and the securing screw to hold it into place. I have room inside the case for it to be taller but is the height only the graphics card itself or is it the outside bracket too?

I guess if its too tall for the securing screw then I can not screw it in and just lay my tower on its side so that gravity doesn't pull it down or anything.

The securing screw is always the same height, it is a standardized height on all graphics cards. Just because the card is taller does not mean the securing screw is taller - that stays the same.

For instance, my card is taller than the securing metal/screw.
