will this gpu handle 2014 games??

hello i have a old sapphire radeon hd 6570 2gb ddr3 gpu and i managed to hardley overclock it to highest 780/ 1100 mhz with no crashes
just wanna know if it can run 2014 games @ mid to high settings with no aa
and by the way i am using 14.4 beta drivers and played games @ 1366x768 res

It will run new games but some on low settings.

Not at an acceptable frame rate @ mid to high settings, even at 1366x768.

That is a low end old card. It wasnt good when it was new.
