The RX 460 graphics card is legacy,
you can do better,
you should measure the space inside the case to see the size of the card you could install,
but you should be looking at a GTX 1650 SUPER /GTX 1660 SUPER for the best card for your system.

Bottlenecking !!
NO thats not the case, you can run upto a GTX 1070 in your system quite fine,

I went below that with a GTX 1660 Super 6gb (or a cheaper 1650 Super 4gb ), which are similar to the older GTX 1060 6gb.

There are some here but you wont get much better performance than the integrated graphics
the CPU i5-2600 has an integrated hd 2000 graphics.

The GT 1030 would be the best for your budget,
Its not amazing but can run some games, like these,

I wouldnt worry about that the Motherboard will accomodate it,
your running an i5-2500 CPU so you will be fine,
Do you know what wattage your PSU is ( probably around 300/400watts)?

Space will be fine i think its only a 7" card,
The PSU should be ok for your system, Its worth an upgrade in the future or by then you might get new system.
