Will this GPU work with my build?

Motherboard = ASrock h97 Anniversary
CPU = Intel i5 4430
Power Supply = Rosewill Valens 500w

And the GPU i am getting is a = GTX 1050 Ti FTW ACX 3.0

Will this be compatible?

Yes it will be.

yes, it will work but I would strongly recommend going for the GTX1060 as the performance differential is HUGE. Or at least an RX470
