Will this GPU work with my Motherboard? help and thanks

Hi, i have a GA H61M USB3V ( http://www.gigabyte.com/products/product-page.aspx?pid=4502#ov) motherboard and i am looking to buy a new graphics card. I am interested in the GTX card something like a 1060 ( example http://www.ebuyer.com/752928-zotac-geforce-gtx-1060-3gb-gddr5-dvi-d-hdmi-3x-displayport-pci-e-graphics-zt-p10610a-10l) or something but i am not sure if they would be compatible with my motherboard and other components.

Any help or advice would be helpful, thank you!

I5-3570 3.40ghz
Ga H61m USB 3v
600 watt psu
Small/ medium size case ( can measure if need be just let me know )

Yes, it will work. PCI-E is backwards (and forwards) compatible - you wont have any problems.
