Will this gpu work with my PC ?(case, motherboard and power supply)

http:// this is my computer right now with no upgrades and I'm looking to get the ZOTAC GeForce GTX 1050 Ti mini.
1) Will it fit my case? If not, is there a safe way of using it without changing the case?
2) Will it be compatible with my motherboard?
3) Do I need to upgrade cooling and/or the power supply? If yes, can i have recommendations?

That DELL has a 300W power supply in it , so the mini should have no issues running in your setup.
