Will this graphic card fit my LP case?

Hello. I own an acer aspire x3812 with Low Profile case.
It's specs are:
Operating system- Window 7
Processor-Intel® Core™2 Quad processor (up to 95 W)
PSU- 220W
Main Board- Acer WG43M
Ram - DDR2 4G (two of 2G sticks)

The video card will probably fit if the heatsink isn't too big, because it's low profile. The power supply may be too big though.
