Will this graphics card be compatible with my motherboard?

Yep, no problem there, make sure you have a PSU that can carry it (500 Watts, 28 AMPs on the 12 volt rail)

My two cents: install front panel connector first because after installing a big graphic card that connector maybe difficult to reach.
