Solution
The only concern I see which is not mentioned on your specs is the power supply. As long as you have enough watts and it isn't a super cheap brand name, you should be good to go.

If you get any sort of graphics card add on for any pc; whether it be OEM or custom built, and it has the correct drivers installed, it should be perfectly fine
