Will this graphics card fit in Dell optiplex 990

I have a Dell optiplex 990 minitower. I'm looking at upgrading my graphics card to a r9 270x vapor I found for a great deal. But I've heard of people having space issues in the mini towers and I can't find any forums of people who know. The card dimensions are 264(L)X103(W)X35(H) Dimension /mm thanks!

Since you have the card's dimensions, why can't you simply measure it yourself?
