Will This Graphics Card Fit?

Hey!
I'm interested in getting a new graphics card and I have had my eye on the ASUS GTX 1060 6GB ROG STRIX. I currently have the ASUS ROG STRIX Z270F as my motherboard and my case is the NZXT H440. I'm wondering if this graphics card will fit. I'm not able to check currently so if you could leave your comments below, that would be very helpful!

Yes, it will fit. That case of yours says it can take cards up to 406mm (it may require remove some of the HDD cages), that card is 298mm long. You have a modern motherboard, so no issues with compatibility.
