Will this Graphics card get me 60+ fps medium settings for minecraft

Minecraft does not use your graphics card at all. You need a decent CPU to run it.

Do not waste money on that card if minecraft is all you plan to do.

Yes you should be fine, unless you have lots of background task running which might use some of the CPU power

The best CPU i can come up with under that price range are Intel Pentiums, they have decent frequency and are dual-core.
Specifically the Intel Pentium G3240 or the Pentium G3420.

(Under 60 Euros i assumed)

EDIT: I just checked and if you might want to spend 10 Euros more you could get the Pentium G3258 Anniversary Edition.
The difference is that that one has an unlocked multiplier, wich means you can overclock it to get more for your money.
That is only if you are interested in overclocking though.

A new CPU would mean a new motherboard and new RAM, you can not fit that in your price range.

I didn't notice he put his PC specs there aswell, only looked at his last question about a good CPU for 60 bucks...

To answer his question though, no, for AM3 there isn't anything decent under 60 Bucks, be it Euros or Dollars.
