Will this graphics card work wih my Motherboard

Solution
Yes, you can actually put up to 4 of them. Put the first one in the top or first slot. I know it says you have pci-e 2.0 but the GTX 760 even though it is pci-e 3.0 it is backwards compatible so you will be just fine! The only draw back is that pci-e 3.0 will utilize the full ability of the GTX 760 and sometimes the pci-e 2.0 may not (very rare; it really doesn't matter for the most part - some will say it's exactly the same but technically not 100% true):

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/PCI_Express
Pci-e 3.0 runs up to 128GT/s vs 2.0 at 80GT/s

The 760 texture filtering rate (bilinear) is 94.1 GigaTexals/sec

So, yes it will work just fine but not at the maximum ability...

So, yes it will work just fine but not at the maximum ability of the card at times when game demand may be at it's highest. You will more than enjoy the card still with this board. If you are on the fence then choose a similar board with pci-e 3.0 instead if you haven't purchased it yet and would like better future proofing for when you may upgrade again in a few years. Hope this clears it all up! Have fun!

Solution

To not confuse people, 3.0 and 2.0 will run at exactly the same speed, You have to compare PCI-E X16 3.0 to PCI-E 2.0 X16, both will perform exactly the same, only 3.0 has newer advanced BIOS settings.

Putting a GTX 760 in a PCI-E X16 2.0 slot will perform exactly the same as if it were in a PCI-E X16 3.0 slot, doesn't matter.
