Will This Graphics Card Work With My CPU?

Hi, I'm thinking of upgrading from my GT440 1GB DDR3 Graphics Card to a XFX ATI Radeon HD6670 1GB DDR5 Card, but you see, I still have an old CPU(E3400 Dual-Core @2.6Ghz) & I'm getting a Gigabyte G41MT-S2PT LGA 775 G41 Micro ATX Intel Motherboard DDR3 1333 for the old CPU, because my old one's PCI-E Slot is dead. Will I have a serious Bottleneck here, because of the CPU? The only game I ever played before was Black Ops 2 & mostly Emulated Consoles, like PS1, N64 & Gamecube. I have no budget for a new full on Gaming Pc yet, but I'm upgrading one part at a time. So yeah, will there be any major problems with performance if I add that card? My GT440 Sucks. : (

There would be a bottleneck, but it would work better than the 440, although the 6670 isn't a very good card, i'd get the Nvidia GT640.
