YES, it will work. No issues at all. What's the make/brand and Model number of your current 550 Watts PSU ? As long as any motherboard is having a PCI Express X.0 x16 slot, any GPU will work fine.

PCIe is even backwards compatible.

Your system SPECS are perfectly okay. I don't see any issue with any of those components, including that EVGA PSU. You are good to go. :)

There's actually no built-in Wi-Fi, but you'll find an M.2 Key-E slot for adding an M.2 Wi-Fi card and cutouts in the rear I/O panel for adding antennas.

Motherboard page says:

1 x M.2 Socket (Key E), supports type 2230 WiFi/BT PCIe WiFi module and Intel® CNVi (Integrated WiFi/BT)

I understand that you may be a complete noob at building pc's, but seriously, all of questions could have easily & quickly been answered by either RTFM or by spending like 2.76 seconds on google...

Sorry of this sounds harsh, but I have always been a firm believer in people trying to help themselves before trying to get others to do their homework for them :)
