Will this graphics card work with this mobo?

I'm pretty sure that it will but i just want to make sure before I buy it and then find out later it wont. Of course it will work... but take a look at this:
System Requirements: Minimum of a 680 power supply. (Minimum recommended power supply with +12 Volt current rating of 46 Amps.)
How about your PSU? Do u have enough power to feed that card?

with Intel Core i7-860 2.8GHz LGA 1156 95W Quad-Core Processor

Thanks for the tip okini ill have to think about it then, im new to building comps so im not 100% sure that im comfortable with overclocking yet i dont want to mess anything up. So if i dont overclock it would the HD4890 still be better?
