Will this hard drive fit my computer?

My hard drive is failing and so im buying a new one, I plan on getting this one:

There is no reason why your pc cannot run that sata hard drive.They are compatible technology.

I know, but recently I have had a crash and ever since that my computer has been slow, i asked some guys on here what they thought the matter with it was they said the hard drive is failing so im getting a new one
