Will this help my video editing?

Hello. All I do is edit HD videos. Put some effects on like color correction. Nothing too crazy. I want the videos to play smoothly while I am editing (even if I have to lower the quality to make it play smoothly that's no big deal. It doesn't have to be on "best") Also instead of taking 2 hours to render a 5 minutes video, I would like it to take maybe 15 minutes.

I had a lapto with an i7 processor and just Intel HD graphics and it worked exactly how I wanted. Never even a hiccup.

Will an AMD A10-5700 processor with this graphics card be enough to allow smoother video edit playback and faster rendering?

The reason why people buy an APU (A10-5700 for example) is because it has an integrated GPU it's good for people building a budget build so they get a CPU as well as a GPU in one thing, now since you're planing to get a GPU better avoid the APU entirely, the 750 ti is a good graphics card you can play games and edit your videos smoothly, for faster rending I suggest to get an FX-8350 or FX-6300 these two are great CPUs and you will see an important increase of performance, it depends on what motherboard you have though, do you already have the motherboard ?

Well for one unless you have a really good editing program it won't utilize that kind of gpu to its full potential. You need a video card that had double percision on it to get a much needed boost for rendering. And a amd cpu will cripple your editing speed cause they just aren't as good as Intel as far as an i7 is concerned.
