will this i5 bottleneck r9 380x?

im planning to get a pc with this configuration:

CPU: Intel Core i5 4460
GPU: R9 380X
PSU: some 600W Corsair, EVGA or PCYes! power supply
RAM: 2x HyperX FURY 1866MHz DDR3
MOBO: ASUS H97M-E/CSM

i wonder if the i5 4460 will bottleneck the r9 380x
and btw is this configuration good?

The config is good, no bottlenecks. Not sure on the quality of a PCYes! PSU though.

I'm with intel i5 2400 and a gtx 650 Ti and in GTA 5 on normal i played with 70 fps, and now with r9 380x on normal could not lift 100 fps. I checked the drivers and everything is fine. I play GTA 5 with 70 fps with i5 2400 and r9 380x of normal.
Where is the problem?
