Will this Laptop handle Editing on Sony Vegas and maybe games?

Acer Aspire E5 /AMD A10-7300 Quad/8GB/240GB SSD/Radeon R7 M265 2GB Can I please have help. I'm looking at a new laptop to buy and this one was cheap. Will it run Sony Vegas very well and maybe even Fortnite on low settings? Will I be able to add a gpu aswell. Sorry I'm pretty new when it comes to laptops and help would be appreciated

U can't do professional editing, but it will be enough for small videos

As said above small video will do fine.

If you’re editing on a laptop though unless it has a beefy new i7 and GPU it’ll struggle with decent sized projects and games. Unless it’s a MacBook and FCPX will be amazing and you’ll have no games to buy so the choice isn’t yours 😉
