Will this link get me the full version of Windows 10

I have a cd key of Windows 7 and I didnt get windows 10 yet because i didnt get the notification, but i did reserve it through the Get Windows 10 app. i am not being patient so will this link get me the full version of windows 10? https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-download/windows10

Probably yes. That downloads a MediaCreation tool. You run that to obtain the actual ISO file.
It did not work for me this morning or this afternoon. You may have better luck.
