Will this Liquid Cooler work with this motherboard?

I am planning on upgrading my old computer but truthfully i've never ventured into this territory so I am looking to making sure I dont make any mistakes.

If the specifications for the cooler says it supports that socket, then it will work. But that's a low-end cooler and I don't think they're so great. I tried the H50 (I think, it's been a while. All I recall it was a 120mm cooler) and was disappointed. NZXT Kraken is better IMHO, but they're also pricier.
