Will this match?

Look.... you need to upgrade basically your entire system before the 7870 wouldn't be bottlenecked. Don't buy it. It would be a waste of money.

Do you plan to overclock? If so get a stock clock 7770 (1GHz or 1000MHz). If not, get a factory overlocked card (the powercolor looks like the best deal.) A 7770 will not use 2 gb of vram, so get one with 1 gb.

No, I've got no idea how to OC, I've only ever tried once and it screwed up my computer.
I checked the powercooler reviews though (as this was a favorite) and it seems it is prone to artifact errors.. 🙁
I'm considering: Sapphire VAPOR-X HD 7770 OC (1 GB), since it is already OC'ed and will net me a bit more bang for the buck (and also having good reviews).

Could this seem as a good card to go with?

Thanks Norlag for the help, it is much appreciated.
One last question, and it is probably the most stupid, but here goes. The Sapphire card, does it support direct x 11?
While many other cards mention this in their specifications, the sapphire card only briefly mentions direct x11 as follows:
"Crank the settings, devastate your enemies and bear witness to absurdly high frame rates with AMD Radeon HD7000 series graphics card-DirectX 11 has never looked this good."

But if it indeed supports direct x 11 I think this may be the card to go with.
