I have a Dell Latitude E7450 laptop with 4GB of RAM installed and one open memory slot. I believe the correct memory for this machine is:
DDR3 PC3L-12800 1600MHz SODIMM 204 PIN 1.35V CL=11
I have a 4GB Micron DIMM (from an HP laptop) that reads:
MT8KTF51264HZ-1G6E1 1351
4GB 1RX8 PC3L-12800S-11-11-B2
DPADR13009
A few questions if you please:

A few questions if you please:
- Will the Micron memory fit and work in my Latitude E7450?
- If I install it and it is incorrect will it destroy the laptop or simply not be recognized and/or not function?
- If it’s the wrong memory type and I remove it will the machine then function as before the install?
