Will this memory work with this motherboard

Hey I was just wondering will G.Skill Ares F3-2133C11Q-16GAO memory work with a ASRock Fatal1ty Z97X Killer motherboard?

What CPU? That will determine if the 2133 sticks can run at 2133 - if a K model CPU you should be fine

Well I was looking at the intel core i5 4690 or the intel core i7 4790 or it still be better to get a k model cpu?

It will depend on the individual CPU you get and the strength of it's individual MC (memory controller) many 4690's can carry 2133 and most 4790's can - but not all. That's why I was saying with the K models it wouldn't be a problem. With the non-K CPUs you mention at worse, you could drop to 1866 with tighter timings and get near 2133 performance out of either non-K.
