Will this memory work with this motherboard?

The memory is: Kingston 99u5471 012 a00lf
And the motherboard is: Asus H81M-K
And if not please give me name for a motherboard that supports it

And btw it's not my PC it's my cousin's and he's willing to upgrade his PC and I got a g3258 laying around, he has the ddr3 memory already but he's missing a lga1150 motherboard

Yes, the ram and motherboard will work together.
I'd steer clear of the g3258 if I were you... Buy an i3 or i5 instead. Just my opinion.

I had that G3258 but i upgraded to i7 4790
And my cousin has a pretty old Pentium e5800(775) with a ddr2 and ddr3 motherboard and he's using ddr3 so I though of giving him my g3258
