Needing to upgrade memory here's what I have: Asus P4B mobo supporting

3-168 pin slots supporting up to 1gb per slot, pc100/133 unbuffered ecc or non-ecc SDRAM DIMM

Will this work on the Asus board?

2gb pc133 168 pin ecc registered SDRAM DIMM

If the ECC DRAM isn't buffered then yes
