Question Will this Minitool program work to upgrade my motherboard without reinstalling Windows?

I saw this program and was wondering if it would work.

I want to switch motherboards but I don't want to reinstall windows. I wasn't sure if this would work.

Yes it should work, but the note under "How to Upgrade Motherboard and CPU without Reinstalling Window" suggests you may not need to use this software with Windows 10.

Note: As to changing motherboard and CPU, in most cases, Windows 10 can easily recognize your new hardware and successfully start up without following the instructions below.
