will this monitor work with my pc

i want to get a 144 hz monitor and the monitor i want to get is called:
Acer GN246HLBid
but it has Nvidia Lightboost technology and Nvidia 3D vision ready on it
i dont know if that will work with my pc which has a amd rx 480 8gb
+ a intel cpu
will me having a amd card make any difference?

It will work just fine, but with your GPU it would nice if you could find a FreeSync monitor:
