Will this motherboard be upgradeable?

hi guys im a new user here,

im thinking of buying this PC (http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883227412) and using it for about a year than potentially upgrading to a top of the line GPU next summer but im not sure if ill be able to upgrade the GPU down the line because tbh i have no idea about computers let alone motherboards.

so my question is:
will this build last me a while?
and will i be able to upgrade to GPU's like 7970, 690 etc down the line? ( i know ill have to upgrade the PSU)

(the motherboard is a GIGABYTE GA-B75M-D3H)

The chipset on that motherboard is extremely anaemic. It has no RAID support and no SLI/Crossfire support.

You can do much better for 900 bucks, just make a post in the systems section and follow the template

well it will only cost me 700$ because i can get 200 back from selling the xbox though i didnt think it was that bad but i guess ill keep looking
