I have a X-TITAN 100 Mid Tower PC Case and want to upgrade my motherboard and CPU to i7 6700K and Intel Z170 ATX DDR4 Motherboards GA-Z170X-Gaming 3 Will this motherboard fit into my pc case or no?

I have GTX 970 with 8gb ram will it also fit this motherboard? im buying the motherboard tomorrow so I'm worried if nothing fits.
