Will this motherboard fit my case?

I currently have a micro atx GA-H55M-S2 in my case,
and looking to upgrade to a new 1150 socket motherboard GA-H81M-S1..
Both of the mobos are Micro atx but they have different form factors will this be a problem when mounting the board into the case?

If you have a micro ATX case it should mount both boards fine. Micro ATX boards can vary slightly in size but should have mounting points to fit in any case designed for the specification. For instance, recently I switched these two mobos in the same mATX case: MSI 760GM-P23 (24.4cm x 20.5cm) and Gigabyte GA-B85M-HD3 (24.4cm x 17.4cm) and they mount fine in the same case.

No, it won't be a problem; The newer board is smaller so it has to fit.

The differences between the two cases are 24.4cm x 21.0cm for my current mobo
and 22.6cm x 17cm for the new one.. The difference isn't as slight as your's are you sure

Yes. There's a reason mATX is a specification. Even if the boards vary slightly what matters is the mounting points. If your case is designed for mATX , it will fit. Also, if any case is advertised as a mATX case, it should fit the maximum size board for the specification.

The micro ATX standard has a maximum board size limit of 24.4cm x 24.4cm, and the minimum is 17cmx17cm. Motherboard manufacturers keep this in mind when they design their products, and if they sell a microATX mobo it will conform to these standard specifications. As far as mounting points go, microATX uses points included in almost every ATX case and even with VERY small lan box cases I have never seen a problem with mounting these boards.
