Question Will this motherboard hold a triple slot GPU? (need help on first build)

I am planning on getting a

(b450 ATX) as a motherboard.
I would like to put a https://www.amazon.com/EVGA-GeForce...07Q1ZJ3ZB/ref=cm_cr_arp_d_product_top?ie=UTF8
EVGA RTX 2060 SC ultra on it.
Are these two components compatible?
Also, could it hold a m.2 ssd along with the GPU?
This is my first PC build, and I want to make sure I get it right. Thanks!

The GPU you linked looks like a double wide to me. I don't know why your are asking about a "triple slot" GPU.
The B450 will be OK with that GPU. Your case choice, power supply are more important to being compatible than any current motherboard.
The B450 since it isn't a "MAX" version, you do have to be careful about CPU choice. It is possible to get a B450 that isn't compatible with a 3xxx series Ryzen without a BIOS update.

Yes that board will hold a triple slot GPU. It will probably cover at least part of the CMOS battery is the only problem I can see. That just means you'd have to remove the GPU to remove the battery if you should need to, which in the scheme of things is pretty insignificant.
