Question will this motherboard supoort overclocking with this cpu and [this much] ram?

so the motherboard in question is:

ASRock B450M-HDV R4.0 AMD Motherboard

the b450M pro4 supports overclocking for the amd ryzen 5 2600
but will the b450M-hdv do any good with overclocking or should i just go with the cheaper ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0

and well pcpartpicker found no problem with using 32gb of ram so will there be a problem if i use the corsair 2x16 ram (3200mhz vengeance)
and will i be able to (in the future) upgrade to a 2x32gb ram system?

IMO go with an X470 board if you are set on overclocking. this would be a good one. bought my son this mobo and it is great.
