Will this motherboard support hyper rams?

Hi I'm hoping to buy a new PC, what i want to know is that, if this motherboard supports
hyper Rams?
Motherboard-Asus B75m-Plus Ddr3
Also it says Supports Intel® Extreme Memory Profile (XMP) , what this means?
I'm new to hardware and stuff please help.
The ram I'm hoping to use is Kingston 8gb Ddr3 Hyper Khx1600

XMP IS A MEMORY profile you must set it to enable the system to boot say your ramm is stated at 1600 and it only show 1333 you have to go into the bios and set it up under the xmp profile as 1600 as for your ram it should fit/
