Will this motherboard supports this RAM/CPU?

I'm building a new PC here in a week, I already have my motherboard.
I found a cpu and some ram that I would like to purchase and am wondering if they are compatible.
I'm sure they are, but I want to be sure.

Did you check the mobo's ram voltage,I ask because I have the GA-MA790FX-UD5P,and it's ram voltage supply is 1.8,also Gigabyte boards seem to really like GSKILL ram,altho OCZ is all right too,just make sure of the voltage..

I could always switch out the OCZ ram for some gskill ram, as I've yet to actually order anything but the motherboard.

But that didn't really answer my question, and I can't find the ram voltage..

^ You could always adjust ram voltage in the bios. No need to worry about that.

For the OP, those parts are compatible.

It's G. Skill, and if what dokk2 says about gigabyte's liking G.Skill is true, then, should I take it instead?

Well, I may as well throw my hat in the ring, here; I have twelve gig of this, eight running at 1080 & 2.05V (because I've been too busy/lazy to return it to the 2.0V I normally run it at); several people here have done minor (+20-25%) overclocks with it and had great success:
