Will this motherboard work with a i5 9600k?

I'm buying new motherboard,ram and cpu.

thinking of buying this motherboard

and a i5 9600k

Would they be compatible? they're the same socket. just want to double check

What board , make amd model , link won't run for me.
Z370 = No without a BIOS update , Z390 = Yes will run out of the box.

You can't update the BIOS unless you have a previous gen CPU. Best to buy a board compatible out of the box. You will need a decent cooler too. A 9600k is a waste unless it's on a Z390 baord.
