Yes, it will go into the PCIe16 slot at the bottom. But the card itself should be at least two slots thick. So, your case has to be big enough to accommodate the requisite space.
Also, make sure your PSU is good enough to support it. I would not risk a brand new card with a mediocre power supply.

650W doesn't mean much without knowing exactly what PSU it is. Every wattage has PSUs that range from horrifying to excellent.
